The basics
By using wobblehaus you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
wobblehaus is in beta: it's free, it's still being built, and some things will change along the way.
Your account
- You need to be 14 or older to have an account.
- One account per person. Your @handle is you, not a group, a team or a business.
- Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, so keep your inbox safe.
- You're responsible for what's done with your account.
What you make is yours
You own what you make and what you add to other people's things. You let us keep it, show it to the people you chose, and send the emails it needs. We don't use it for anything else.
You can keep a copy of it at any time.
Sharing
You decide who sees each thing. People you share with can see it, and could save or screenshot it, so share with care.
Only add someone's email if you know them and they'd expect to hear from you.
Please don't
- Use wobblehaus to break the law, or to help someone else break it.
- Harass, threaten, bully or frighten anyone.
- Share someone's private information without their OK.
- Post sexual content involving anyone under 18. We remove it and report it.
- Send spam, pretend to be someone else, or use the people you add to sell them things.
- Try to get into things that weren't shared with you, or to break or overload wobblehaus.
What we may do
If something breaks these terms, we may hide it, remove it or close the account. We'll tell you why, unless the law or someone's safety means we can't.
If you think we got it wrong, write to us and a person will look again.
Free during the beta
wobblehaus is free during the beta. If we ever charge for anything, we'll tell you well before, and what you made stays yours to keep a copy of.
If we ever close
We'll give at least 6 months' notice, and a final copy of everything you made.
No promises we can't keep
We work hard to keep wobblehaus running and your things safe, but it's offered as it is. It may be down now and then, and things can go wrong, so keep a copy of anything you can't lose.
As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from using wobblehaus. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live.
Leaving
You can close your account any time from Your account. We can close it if these terms are broken.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email everyone with an account at least 30 days before it takes effect.
