How do I sign in?

Type your email on the sign-in page. We send you a link and a 6-digit code. Open the link on the same phone or computer, or type the code. There's no password to remember.

The email didn't come.

Give it a minute, then look in spam or promotions. Links and codes work for 15 minutes, and we send at most three every 15 minutes, so use the newest one.

Still nothing? Write to us and tell us the address you typed.

Can I change the email I sign in with?

Yes. Go to Your account and choose Change your email. We send a code to the new address to make sure it's yours. Your things, and the people in them, come with you.

What's an @handle?

It's you on wobblehaus. Every link you share starts with it, like wobblehaus.com/@sam/cousins-santa. It's yours alone: one per person, never a group.

Can I change it?

Yes, any time, from Your account. Links with your old @handle keep working and send people to the new one. Nobody else can take your old one.

Do people I invite need one?

No. People you share something with get in with the link in their email. They only pick an @handle if they want to make something themselves.

Who can see what I make?

Only you, until you share it. Open the thing and choose Who can see this. You can pick people one by one, or turn on a link that lets anyone who has it look.

Changing who can see one thing never changes another.

Can I take someone out?

Yes. On the same page, press Remove next to their name. They lose access straight away, on every device.

Someone I invited can't get in.

Check the email address you added for them on Who can see this. Inviting the same address again sends them a fresh link. Their link is just for them, so ask them not to forward it.

Can I keep a copy?

Always. Every thing has Keep a copy at the bottom: a web page, a spreadsheet and a data file. Your account page lists them all in one place. A copy holds only what you're allowed to see.

When are names drawn?

When the organizer presses Draw names. Everyone gets an email with their own link. Nobody gets themselves, and people kept apart never get each other.

Can the organizer see who has whom?

If they're playing, no: they see only their own person, like everyone else. If they're organizing but not playing, they can look, but only after ticking "I'm sure". It's never emailed.

What happens if I reply "done" to a reminder?

We mark your gift as bought, and the reminders stop. Anything other than "done" gets a short answer with your link.

Can names be drawn again?

Yes, until someone other than the organizer has looked. After that the draw stays as it is, so nobody's secret gets out.

How do I close my account?

Go to Your account and choose Close your account. It happens straight away. Keep a copy of your things first: once they're gone, they can't come back.

Does wobblehaus cost anything?

Not during the beta. If that ever changes, we'll tell you well ahead, and you can always keep a copy of what you made.
